Pre-Purchase Inspection
We inspect in the roof, inside the building, under the floor (if applicable) and the surrounding grounds within a fifty-meter radius. This Stewarts report details any visual live termites, borers or wood decay at the property. It will tell you where the termites, borers or wood decay are and how extensive the infestation is. It will also reveal what species of termite was found at the property. The report goes over any past visual termite, borer or wood decay damage. This is very important, especially if you are purchasing a property. For example, If there is extensive visible termite damage in the roof, the timber may need to be replaced. Other reports that do not detail past or old termite damage at the property will not alert you to this. The Stewarts report also reveals any high-risk areas. This is so you can help prevent termite infestations at the property and you are aware of these areas. The Stewarts report will detail what type of building it is, if there are any areas that we are unable to gain access to and why. It will also say whether we recommend obtaining access to any areas.

Termite Control Process!
The process we follow for termite treatments will greatly depend on your home's structure and the product you choose to go ahead with. But here is a rough layout of what to expect for most termite treatments:
Initially, we will attend your home or building free of charge. This is so we can assess your home structure (to see if internal drilling is required) and measure your home to provide an accurate quote with multiple options to manage and treat your home for termites. At this free attendance, we will provide you with a booklet full of information on how termite treatments are applied, information on each product choice, advise you on the preparation required before your termite treatment, and answer any further questions you may have. This initial attendance is also obligation-free, you are not locked into anything!
