To all our valued customers,
Pest Control is a service that is essential in many different situations including rodent control, bed bug control, flea control and of course termite control. Your health and safety and our staffs' health and safety at the same time is also essential and has always been our highest priority. Due to the continually developing COVID-19 situation, we have listed new policies and procedures that we ask both you our customers and our staff to adhere to.
You can trust Stewarts to look after your family in every situation day to day but even more so in this developing pandemic. Please do keep in mind that we do offer disinfecting/sanitisation services for buildings (both residential and commercial) and cars.

Due to the continually developing COVID-19 situation, we have listed new policies and procedures that we ask both our customers and our staff to adhere to.
What Our Staff Are Doing
HAND HYGIENE
HAND HYGIENE - All our staff are equipped with hand sanitiser as well as disposable gloves. Gloves are to be worn in customers homes at all times. Hand sanitiser will be used after technicians leave any job.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
SOCIAL DISTANCING - All our staff are to adhere to social distancing regulations.
DO NOT SHAKE HANDS
DO NOT SHAKE HANDS - We ask our staff not to shake hands with our customers. We do understand this is a gesture of politeness. But due to the spread of COVID-19, we do ask you to refrain from any handshaking during this time.
What We Are Asking Of Our Customers
PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE
PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE - All payments to be made over the phone, by EFT, or cheque through the post. This payment can be made when you book in your appointment or over the phone when the technician arrives at your premises.
