Vehicle
Management StewartS have a new vehicle management system installed in
our vehicles to help make our running more efficient for our clients and
staff. StewartS are the first Pest Control Company in The system monitors all vehicles activity by satellite and
a computer in the main office telling us exactly where the car is and how far
away it is from its destination. Therefore we are able to pass on vital time
information to our clients. It also allows us to get the closest operator to your
property in a faster and more efficient time. Some examples. If the operator has been held up
at a client's property. Or in traffic we are able to
keep you informed of their where abouts. For emergency jobs like snake removal
or bee swarm attack Etc. It also will let us know how long the operator has stayed
at the job allowing us to have an automatic accurate record of times
efficiently. If an emergency arises we are able to assess who is the
closest operator to the job therefore cutting down response time. Or if you
as the client needs to go out and needs a time of arrival or has a need to
change times we are able to schedule another time more efficiently. We are also able to cut down on internal phone calls, as
we know where the vehicle is or where it is heading at any particular time. The system also helps with vehicle surviving and
maintenance. And in the extreme if a vehicle is stolen we know where it
is. There are many more advantages to our clients not
mentioned here and there will be many more discovered and applied. This is
another great thing StewartS clients have to there advantage.
